Liquid biohumus is a water-soluble organic fertilizer extracted from vermicompost (worm castings) via alkaline solution treatment. Unlike granular biohumus, it can be applied through drip irrigation, hydroponic systems, and foliar sprays without clogging nozzles. ORGANOPRO liquid biohumus contains 76% humic substances and is fully absorbed by plants within 2–3 weeks of application, compared to 6–12 months for granular forms.

Sapropel is a renewable lake sediment formed over 7,000–12,000 years from decomposed plants and microorganisms under low-oxygen conditions. Unlike leonardite (fossilized brown coal), sapropel contains 16 amino acids, B-complex vitamins, and live microbiome — compounds absent in geological sources. Critically, sapropel is listed in Annex I of EU Regulation EC 889/2008 as an approved input for organic agriculture, while leonardite requires individual product-by-product certification.

Our raw materials — sapropel and biohumus — are listed in Annex I of EU Regulation EC 889/2008 as approved inputs for organic agriculture. Yes. Our liquid concentrate has low dry-matter content (5–12%), which prevents nozzle clogging in drip, pivot, and sprinkler systems. It is fully compatible with hydroponic setups including DWC, NFT, and ebb-and-flow. Tank-mix with most pesticides and fertilizers is possible — we recommend a small compatibility test before large-scale mixing.

First visible effects — improved leaf color, faster root development, enhanced plant vigor — typically appear 2–3 weeks after application. Full yield impact is measured at harvest. In our 2023 field trials in Belarus, winter wheat treated with BioRoots Wheat & Barley showed 12–18% yield increase versus untreated control plots. Full trial protocols available on request.
